Welcome to

Paddock Pathways to Health

The project takes a holistic view of health of the Paddock area which leads to the provision of a variety of initiatives:

Good nutrition, encouraging allotment usage including the provision of a training allotment with facilities for those with physical disabilities

Community rehabilitation services outposted by the NHS trust - cardiac rehabilitation, podiatry, and physiotherapy

Complementary therapies, initially via SCOPE but now providing space for individual therapists

Older people's network including support for Forum member groups including Asian women, pensioners, and social outreach by Shared Church

Sport, walking, arts, drama and other community activities to diminish isolation and promote fitness

Programmes for babies, children under 5 and their parents

Our services are provided from a range of venues around Paddock and we have a team of workers who are based at Paddock Village Hall.
