The
Values which we operate by
Accessible
& Visible. We strive to ensure that the service we offer
can be accessed by everyone in our local community. We encourage
and support individuals to make their needs known to us so that
we can help in whatever way we can.
Professional & Knowledgeable. All our staff have appropriate
recognised qualifications and our trustees and group representatives
ensure we keep up to date with local development.
Effective communication. We publish our events, activities
and services in a quarterly; what's on guide and regular newsletters.
We have a comments/suggestion book and encourage members of the
public to use it. We promise to respond to all suggestions.
Availability, Quality and Delivery. The staff and Trustees
are contactable through the Central Information Point at Paddock
Village Hall reception. We are working towards Matrix accreditation.
Diversity. We aim to be non sectarian and non political in
our approach to business and encourage everyone to use our services.
Impartial. Paddock Community Forum tries not to have a view
on any issue; it seeks to represent a range of views and opinions
of the community it serves.
Responsive. We respond to suggestions made to us, either
formally or informally, and we will shape the services activities
and events according to local needs but within financial and practical
boundaries.
Friendly and Welcoming. Everyone who uses our services will
be treated with respect and we hope our staff will be respected
in return.
Enabling. We are happy to try and support everyone who joins
us, just let us know of your needs - preferably in advance.
Awareness. We are aware that Paddock has a diverse community
with differing needs, we try to be sensitive and responsive to these
needs at all times.
